As the Director of BM International Training Centre, I am directly involved in the planning, supervision, and effective implementation of our training and study-based programs to ensure the highest standards of manpower development. My primary responsibility is to oversee day-to-day training operations, academic activities, and practical skill development so that every trainee receives structured guidance and quality instruction. We focus on creating a disciplined learning environment where study, practical
training, and professional behavior are equally emphasized to prepare trainees for overseas employment.
At BM International Training Centre, we carefully design our study modules, training schedules, and evaluation systems to meet the evolving requirements of the international labor market. Through qualified trainers, modern training facilities, and continuous monitoring, we ensure that skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower are trained with technical competence, safety awareness, and workplace ethics. Special attention is given to communication skills, cultural understanding, and work discipline to help trainees adapt smoothly to foreign working environments.
I work closely with the Chairman, government authorities, licensed manpower agencies, and overseas
employers to ensure regulatory compliance, training quality, and alignment with global employment
standards. Our objective is to continuously improve training effectiveness, enhance trainee performance, and maintain the credibility of BM International Training Centre, as a reliable manpower training institution. With dedication, transparency, and teamwork, we remain committed to developing competent manpower and supporting sustainable overseas employment opportunities for Bangladesh.
